Dr. Victor Babajide Cole (PhD in Educational Leadership from Michigan State University) is an accomplished speaker and teacher on leadership principles especially within the African context. His professional work integrates his background experience of cultural anthropology, theology, ethics, sociology and interface communication that specialises in human culture and cross-cultural differences. He is a vice-principal for a post graduate institution in Nairobi. As a native Nigerian working in Kenya, Dr. Cole has experience both personal and corporate change while residing in West and East Africa.
